During the past two years, whenever there’s been a gap in Covid-19 gathering restrictions, Liz Henry’s been quick to act.
In amongst the global pandemic, Henry has tried her best to keep the Invercargill Park Run operating when restrictions have allowed.
It included running it on Christmas Day, and there was a reason for that.
The Invercargill lawyer felt there was a growing need to reconnect the community, both for people’s mental and physical health.
