Market Research company Research First recently conducted a nationally representative online poll of 383 respondents. The findings confirm that loneliness is higher amongst youth. The youngest respondents (aged 15-24) were more likely to experience loneliness and to rate relationships with self, friends and family poorly, and less likely to like their neighbourhood or enjoy their job.
